Quick salad with pan fried scrod
all you need is:
hand full of scrod, small fish you can buy it in any Chinese-style market
half a cup of couscous
5 king prawns, pan fried with chilli
Serrano ham, one slice
pan fry prawns with chilli for 2 minutes, then add you fish and leave it for another 2-3 minutes. Mix it with other ingredients and season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
