Chicken fajitas for lunch

This is perfect for healthy lunch and it fills you up as well!

All you need is:
Half of a chicken breast,  pan fried on a hot oil with Mexican seasoning. Slice it into small pieces and it will only need around 5 minutes on the pan. 

Chop some lettuce,  red and yellow peppers and onion for your filling

Guacamole – chop some avocado, onion and add a two table spoons of double cream. Mix it together and season to your liking.

Fajitas – you can buy them in every shop, weight watchers are less then 100 calories per one!

Put the filling in, roll and slice into three pieces.

It’s less than 250 calories per portion!
