It’s all about the crispy skin!


When you’re tired and hungry you don’t really want to spend too much time in the kitchen. This will only take 10 minutes and it taste delicious!

All you need is:

1 table spoon of olive oil
Salmon filet

Heat the oil in the pan, season the salmon with a pinch of salt, place it skin down and fry for 4 minutes,  turn it over and leave for a minute.

Baby spinach, handful

Cherry tomatoes, 5-6

Place the vegetables on your plate and dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Put the salmon filet on top of spinach.
