Gluten-free brown bread


I always bake when I’m home-alone. Last night I decided to bake a bread, gluten-free bread.

All you need is:

200g of gluten-free brown flour (dower farm is available is most supermarkets)
1 table spoon of salt
3 table spoons of gluten-free baking powder
One cup of butter milk or milk with a squeeze of lemon juice
1 egg


Heat the oven to 160 c
Mix the ingredients together until smooth
Leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes
Form a loaf on a greased paper
Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown
