Simple things always taste best!
For this one all you need is:
200 grams of prawns, pan fried on olive oil with garlic and chilli, only need 4 minutes on the hot pan
Handful of baby spinach
2 small tomatoes, sliced and lightly salted
Whole avocado, sliced and lightly salted
Mix it all together, dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, plate up and enjoy!
