6.30am start with 30 minutes of cardio exercise, coffee after and off to work.
After work is gym time and I’m so excited because from December I’m joining a new club with swimming pool, sauna and squash courts in. But about that salad for dinner…
All you need is:
Half a tin of chickpeas
3 sun dried tomatoes
Half a pack of feta cheese
3 walnuts halves
Half a tin of black eyed peas
Mix it all together sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add salt and pepper for seasoning.
