This is so good and very easy to make. Perfect for cold Sunday!
All you need is:
200 grams of broccoli
350 grams of tagliatelle or any other pasta you like
2 boneless and skinless filets of salmon
1 onion, sliced
200 grams of philadelphia cream cheese light
Olive oil, salt, pepper and chicken cube
Cook the tagliatelle in a large pan of boiling water for 8-10 minutes just until is al dente
Whilst the pasta cooks, pan fry the onion and add the chunks of salmon filet.
Trim the broccoli and cut into pieces, add to the salmon and add 100 mil of water with chicken cube. Add Philli cheese and stir over a low heat until melted.
Pour it over your pasta and enjoy with some parmegiano on top!
