Grilled chicken breast with salad


My day couldn’t be any longer…
Well it wasn’t a great day.
So I had a bubble bath with a glass of white wine.

For dinner tonight is a grilled chicken breast with salad.

All you need is:

Skinless chicken breast,  pan fried on a grill pan or in the grill over to your liking.  I season it with herbs and spices.  On a gridle pab it only need 5 minutes on each side.

For the salad:

Mix salad: rucola, ice berg and bazil, tomatoes and half of a cucumber.  Sprinkle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

It’s all ready within 20 minutes maximum.  Enjoy your delicious food with white wine!
