Chicken and avocado go really well together. Whether in a sandwich or in a salad. I’m off for a late zumba class tonight so I need some energy….
All you need is:
Skinless chicken breast, pan fried on a hot pan for around 6 minutes each side.
Mine is with herbs and Mexican spices on, tastes a bit like gyros.
1 avocado, sliced
5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
Balsamic vinegar on top.
Mix your salad together with olive oil add the chicken and sprinkle with balsamico.
