Healthy alternative for full English breakfast


Saturdays are special. Start up with coffee in bed then squash and swimming. 

After that, bad boy plate of almost full English breakfast well it’s a healthy option.

All you need is:

1 egg each,  pan fried for 3 minutes

Half potato each,  microwave it for 12 min on maximum power

Handful of mushrooms, pan fried with olive oil and soya sauce

5 cherry tomatoes,  pan fried for 2 minutes

Half of avocado, sliced

Iceberg lettuce 

Mix it all together sprinkle with olive oil and salt.
