Vegan feast

Healthy alternative to Sunday roast dinner. This is heavenly.

All you need is:

4 sweet potatoes,  preheat the over to 160 degrees Celsius, chop potatoes to small pieces , sprinkle with olive oil and paprika. Bake for 40 minutes until crispy.

Tin of chickpea, warm it up in microwave for 3 min add some lemon juice

Package of fresh kale, pan fry it with salt for 5 minutes add some lemon juice.

Single cream or tahini sauce on top works magic!
