This is truly the best breakfast.
All you need:
3 slices of pancetta, pan fried without oil for 3 minutes on each side
Cherry tomatoes or tomatoes on vine, roast these in the oven for 5 minutes on 160 degrees Celsius
Half of red onion, roasted with tomatoes
Avocado, sprinkle it with salt and sesame
Egg, pan fried for 3 minutes then cover it with lid for further minut or two
2 slices of brown soda bread
