Apparently soft shell crab is insane.
Well the closest I came to soft shell crab was cooked crab meat from m&s, but hey I’m almost there.
Tonight on the menu are crab-prawn cakes with salad. I prefer not to use potatoes in these, instead I’m adding breadcrumbs and egg.
All you need is:
For the cakes:
400 grams of cooked crab meat
200 grams of peeled prawns, mash them with fork
3 table spoons of breadcrumbs
Mix it and shape them into round cakes, then pan fry for 5 minutes on each side.
For the salad:
Enjoy with sweet chilli sauce
