Eggs, avocado and smoked macrel

This is perfect for Sunday morning breakfast or for midday brunch.

All you need is:

2 avocados

Cucumber

Red onion

Mix them together add a teaspoon of salt and sprinkle with olive oil.

Eggs, hard boiled

Smoked macrel

Rye bread

Mayo

Butter
