Beef steaks, pan friend on hot olive oil for maximum of 2 minutes.
Baking potatoes, half boiled in the water then to tje oven for 40 minutes with herbs and spices in 180 degrees Celsius.
Tomatoes on wine, 10 minutes in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius.
For the sauce, wine glass of port, dark chocolate and meat juices. Reduce the wine on the pan and bring it do boil.
Enjoy with glass of red.
