Lobster tail with prawns and avocado mouse

It’s almost Christmas so it’s ok to treat yourself with delicious food.

All you need is:

Lobster tail,  grilled in the oven for 10 minutes in 160 degrees Celsius

Prawns,  pan fried on hot pan with olive oil, chillies,  anchovies and garlic for 8 minutes.

Avocado, mash it up add table spoon of double cream and table spoon of mayo and pinch of salt.

Enjoy vwith glass of prosseco.
