Rainbow trout with salad

Rainbow trout is such a delicate fish. It is like a cross between salmon and seabass. Best with crispy skin and lemon juice.

All you need is:

Rainbow trout fillets, pan fried on hot pan skin down for 4 minutes with salt and pepper

Avocado

Iceberg lettuce

Tomatoes

Capers

Sprinkle with lemon juice and balsamic vinegar

Enjoy with a glass of white wine!
