Pan fried seabass on a bed of salad

I had an amazing weekend. 

My best friend came over for few days and we had such a good time.

We had this for lunch the other day.

Very simple yet very delicious.

All you need is:

Seabass fillet,  pan fried on hot oil with salt and peper. Lemon on top

For the salad:

Iceberg lettuce

Beetroot

Mango

Avocado

Capers

Sprinkle with lemon juice and balsamic vinegar.

Enjoy!
