Butternut squash avocado and pomegranate salad


I’m only eating meat twice a week. So every other day need to be exciting and filled with different ingredients. 

All you need for this beautiful salad is:

Butternut squash,  cut it in half and slice it up. Season with chilli and salt. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes in 180 degrees Celsius.


Pomegranate seeds

Rocket salad

Walnuts halves

Season with olive oil and black pepper
