Keep it lean, beef & asparagus with crushed potatoes

Keep it lean and forget the diets.

Tonight I went for an hour of body pump and I was extra tired after.

And hungry. But hey I’m always hungry. …

All you need is:

Lean beef, buy the shoulder cut or something like that. Pan fried with garlic and onion, add some water and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Potatoes,  one large should be enough. Boil and crush, then pan fry with olive oil.

Asparagus,  simmer in hot water for 5 minutes.

Enjoy!

Chicken salad

In six weeks I will have a three pack ( six packs are so overrated). Yesterday was my first thai boxing class and I’m aiming to go twice a week. Plus regular gym and interval training.

This is simply delicious.

All you need is:

Chicken breast, pan fried on hot pan and sliced.

Salad leaves

Green apples

Dry bananas

Mix it all together and enjoy

Beef fillet steak with baked potato and green beans

Sunday meal is always special.

I love steaks, it’s not something you eat every day so Sunday was a perfect occasion.

All you need is:

Beef fillet steak, pan fried on hot pan with salt and pepper for no longer than 1.5 minutes each side. Rest for 4 minutes

Potato, easiest way to get your baked potato is to microwave it for 20 minutes on highest setting.

Green beans, steam for 10 minutes
