Chicken salad

In six weeks I will have a three pack ( six packs are so overrated). Yesterday was my first thai boxing class and I’m aiming to go twice a week. Plus regular gym and interval training.

This is simply delicious.

All you need is:

Chicken breast, pan fried on hot pan and sliced.

Salad leaves

Green apples

Dry bananas

Mix it all together and enjoy
