Hot green thai with rice noodles


Bowl of deliciousness. 

The only way I can describe it is bowl of deliciousness.

Combination of garlic and thai curry paste, coconut milk and mellow prawns.

All you need is:

Green thai curry paste

4 cloves of garlic

2 onions

Fresh ginger

Fresh chilly

Baby corn

Green beans

Pea shouts


Spring onion


Coconut milk



Olive oil

Rice noodles


Pre heat your wok to maximum, add olive oil and all the spoces together with the paste.
Fry for few minutes, then add the vegetables but don’t leave it for too long. Add your prawns and coconut milk and simmer for further 5 minutes. sprinkle with salt and lemon and serve with rice noodles.
