After my ‘eventful’ weekend I have to make myself healthy again;)
Tonight on the menu, prawns with vegs and rice noodles.
All you need is:
250 grams of prawns
Package of Asparagus
Half of small Chinese cabbage
Green curry paste
Pre heat your wok, add your curry paste and prawns. Fry for 5 minutes then add the vegetables. Fry for another 5 minutes and add peanut sause.
Serve with rice noodles.
